The Canary Islands are under a pre-alert for strong winds, with gusts expected to reach up to 80 km/h in some areas.
The warning, issued by the regional government, affects the western islands, including Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera, and El Hierro.
High-altitude zones, such as the Teide National Park and the Macizo de Teno, are particularly at risk.
Additionally, a weather system is bringing heavy rains and possible snow above 2,000 meters to the islands.
Residents are urged to follow safety guidelines as the adverse weather conditions persist.
