Errejón Case Suspended Due to Lawyer's Absence

The legal proceedings against former Sumar spokesperson Íñigo Errejón, accused of sexual assault by actress Elisa Mouliaá, have been temporarily suspended.

The suspension is due to the medical leave of Mouliaá's lawyer, who is in an advanced stage of pregnancy.

The judge, Adolfo Carretero, has archived the case provisionally, halting all procedural actions until the lawyer can return or another representative is appointed.

Mouliaá has declined to appoint a substitute lawyer, leading to the indefinite suspension of the case.

This decision prevents the expiration of legal deadlines, ensuring the case can resume once the lawyer's situation changes.
