The investigation centers on alleged irregular commissions for mask procurement contracts, with Ábalos reportedly playing a significant role.
The report highlights his connections with Koldo García and Víctor de Aldama, who allegedly facilitated these deals.
Ábalos, now a member of the Mixed Group in Parliament, denies involvement in any criminal activities, despite mounting evidence suggesting otherwise.
