Juana Rivas and her son Gabriel have filed a legal complaint against Francesco Arcuri, Rivas' ex-partner, alleging threats, witness coercion, and gender violence.

The accusations stem from incidents in Italy and Spain, including claims that Arcuri intimidated their younger son, Daniel, to alter his testimony in a custody case.

Daniel, who lives with his father in Italy, recently traveled to Spain for the holidays, sparking further concerns when Arcuri unexpectedly claimed to be nearby.

The family has since left their home in Granada, citing fear for their safety.

Rivas is seeking custody of Daniel and a restraining order against Arcuri, while Italian authorities investigate the allegations of abuse.
