Santiago Abascal, the leader of Spain's far-right party Vox, has threatened to break regional coalition agreements with the Popular Party (PP) over immigration policies.
Abascal demands that PP regional leaders reject any deal with the government to distribute illegal immigrants and minors across regions where Vox and PP govern together.
He emphasized that these pacts would be considered broken if PP leaders fail to oppose illegal immigration.
Vox currently shares power with PP in five regions, including Castilla y León and Valencia.
Abascal accused the PP of being more concerned about Vox's rise than illegal immigration itself, calling their stance on the issue a 'fraud'.
