More than 1,600 emergencies attended daily by the 112

The 112 Andalusia coped with a total of 595,000 emergencies in 2017, which is an average of 1,630 per day & an increase of 10.7% compared to last year, according to this service which visited a thousand primary schools in Jaén, Granada, Málaga & Seville to understand their work.

From the 595,000 emergencies, the majority needed sanitary assistance (225.226), followed by citizen security(113.737) & traffic incidents (54.699). By month, with the greatest activity was August with 59,545 emergencies; July with 57,718 & December with 55,383.
