Feijóo's Agenda for Change Gains Momentum

Alberto Núñez Feijóo, leader of Spain's Popular Party (PP), has unveiled a comprehensive agenda to address key national issues, contrasting it with what he calls the "agenda of scandal" of the current government.

At the PP's Forum of Large Cities in Zaragoza, Feijóo gathered 33 mayors to discuss measures aimed at improving housing, security, and local governance.

Proposals include a catalog of land for affordable housing, streamlined construction permits, and anti-squatting protocols.

Feijóo also emphasized the need for increased police presence and criticized the government's handling of migration and regional funding.

He pledged to include depopulation as a criterion in the new regional financing model, addressing challenges faced by rural areas.

The PP aims to position itself as a viable alternative to the current administration, focusing on practical solutions to Spain's pressing issues.
