The Madrid Prosecutor's Office has requested the investigation of Javier Gómez Fidalgo, a tax advisor, for his alleged role in a €350,910 tax fraud case involving Alberto González Amador, the partner of Madrid's regional president, Isabel Díaz Ayuso.

Fidalgo is accused of being a key accomplice in the fraudulent activities, which include falsifying documents and using shell companies to evade taxes in 2020 and 2021. The investigation also links Fidalgo to a luxury property used by the couple, raising further questions about his involvement.

The case has expanded to include allegations of corruption and mismanagement related to Amador's business dealings with a major private healthcare group.

The court's decision on Fidalgo's status as a suspect could significantly impact the ongoing legal proceedings.
