Spain is set to experience stable weather as 2024 comes to a close, with sunny days and frosty nights dominating much of the country.
The Spanish Meteorological Agency (Aemet) predicts minimal rainfall, though fog and freezing conditions will persist in interior regions.
These freezing fogs, known as "engelantes," can create icy surfaces, posing risks for travelers.
While daytime temperatures will remain mild in southern cities like Seville and Málaga, nighttime lows will bring widespread frost, especially in areas like León and Cuenca.
In the Canary Islands, occasional showers and calima (dust haze) are expected.
As New Year approaches, stable conditions will continue, with a slight chance of rain in northern coastal areas and the Mediterranean.
