Thousands of supporters of EH Bildu gathered in Bilbao for a significant demonstration under the slogan "Nazioa Gara" (We Are the Nation), emphasizing the need for a new political status for Euskal Herria.
The event, marked by symbolic gestures and speeches, was led by Arnaldo Otegi, who highlighted the coalition's achievements in institutional and militant work, including changes in the penitentiary policies for ETA prisoners.
Otegi's speech also included a nod to Fermín Muguruza, whose song "Sarri, Sarri" has been at the center of recent political debates.
The demonstration, a staple in the Basque nationalist calendar, reiterated the call for recognizing Euskal Herria as a nation and urged continuous efforts towards this goal.
Despite a lower turnout compared to previous years, the event underscored EH Bildu's commitment to advancing their national agenda.
