Thousands of people took to the streets of Bilbao and Vitoria this Saturday to demand urgent reforms in the public healthcare system.
Organized by the Osasun Publikoa Aurrera platform, the protests called for a "strong, universal, free, and high-quality" healthcare system.
Demonstrators criticized what they see as a strategy to dismantle and privatize public healthcare, which they argue is degrading the quality of services.
This marks the first major protest since Pradales assumed leadership in the Lehendakaritza, with participants urging immediate solutions to structural issues in the system.
The movement reflects growing public frustration and a call for a shift in healthcare policies.
