The 2025 Repsol Guide Gala celebrated Spain's finest culinary talents in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Susi Díaz of La Finca in Elche and Pedro Sánchez of Bagá in Jaén earned the prestigious three suns award.

Díaz, known for her emotional cooking, modernized her grandmother's recipes while embracing sustainability with her family-run restaurant.

Sánchez, celebrated for his minimalist approach, creates innovative dishes in his 45-square-meter restaurant.

The event also highlighted 17 restaurants receiving two suns and 71 new entries with one sun, showcasing Spain's diverse and evolving gastronomy.
