Maite Nosti, a Vox parliamentarian in Navarra, has left the party citing ideological differences.
Nosti, who was the party's lead candidate in the 2023 regional elections, will retain her parliamentary seat as an independent.
Her departure follows her support for a declaration on the European Day of Victims of Terrorism, which Vox criticized for equating victims of ETA with those of other forms of terrorism.
This move dissolves Vox's parliamentary group in Navarra, reducing its influence in the regional legislature.
Nosti stated that her views remained consistent, but the party had shifted its stance.
This marks the fifth regional parliamentarian Vox has lost this term, raising questions about internal cohesion within the party.
